Details

Designed in 1965, the building is now utilized as the laboratory and research office of the Armed Forces Research Institute of Medical Sciences (AFRIMS).

KAPAA collaborated closely with AFRIMS to minimize the noise, dust, and vibration impacts on nearby hospital operations. Architectural and MEP components were demolished and renovated. This includes the replacement of an old air handling unit (AHU) while maintaining temperature stability of other laboratories.
